Elma is a native of West Cork and prior to taking up her position as Hub Manager in 2018, Elma worked in the Travel and  Tourism Industry for 15 years. 5 years of which were remotely for a Boston based company.  She bought with her 15  years of experience in customer services and  time management.  Her role in the day to day management of Ludgate includes client and Guest management, systems implementation and training, building maintainable and event coordinator. 

Elma enjoys hiking and getting out and about as much as possible in West Cork. She also enjoys travelling and spending time with family and friends at the weekends.

Gavin joins Ludgate a proven entrepreneur with energy and passion for all things west Cork.

Gavin brings a technical and business focused skillset, having majored in Management and IT and graduating with a BComm degree from UCC. He has 20 years of commercial experience working in a family business in Cork City. Ever the entrepreneur he saw an opportunity and also started a successful business himself during this time.

Gavin has wide ranging experience in all aspects of running a company. He is passionate about customer experience and strives to consistently deliver exceptional service.

Gavin recently moved to west Cork with his wife and two children. He is an active volunteer with the Irish Coast guard at the Schull station. He enjoys running and cycling all year round and loves being out on the water during the summer.

Coming from a community and rural development background, Jennifer is an entrepreneur and has worked in a variety of roles in social housing, social enterprise and education.

She has lived in West Cork for the last seven years where she enjoys exploring the countryside with her family and sea swimming.
