John O’Loughlin, Head of Trade and Investment for The Welsh Government in Ireland, joined us in hub to discuss business and innovation. One of their tasks is to help Irish companies bring their high quality investments to Wales. The event explored the supports available to businesses to expand into the Welsh market, funding sources available to businesses and networks and communities that businesses should explore in order to grow business.
Cognitive Performance: Insights for the Tech Entrepreneur with Des Golden.
As part of IT@Cork’s Tech Fest, Des Golden joined us virtually to discuss “Cognitive Performance for the Tech Entrepreneur”. Des facilitates leaders, entrepreneurs and teams from around the world to better performance. After spending time lecturing in Physical Education and coaching he studied the Neuroscience of Coaching at the Neuro leadership Institute (NLI). Des is a mindfulness practitioner and is a qualified health Coach with Precision Nutrition, Canada. He is also a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
