Mental Health & Well-being at Christmas

We are delighted to confirm Priscilla Lynch, Head of Service Health & Wellbeing, Cork Kerry Community Healthcare and Fiona O Donnell, Fiona O’Donnell Nutrition and Health as guest speakers at our December virtual event.

Both Priscilla and Fiona are experts in their fields and both are passionate about spreading awareness about mental health and well-being.

The overall aim of the event is to inform attendees of ways to enhance Christmas by looking after their mental and physical well-being.
