We are delighted to invite you all to our We are what we do: Nutrition, HRT and Women’s Health. We will be joined by Professor Anne Marie Minihane over zoom for the talk and Q&A.
This informal chat will consider what we mean by the term ‘health’, and whether as individuals we pay enough attention to our health, which is our greatest asset.
Our lifestyle has a large impact on our physical, mental and social well-being throughout life. We will focus on the menopause and women’s health, and the role of HRT and nutrition during the menopausal transition and as modulators of long term well-being.
Always remember for behaviour change, some is better than none and more is better than less. Perfection is not needed!
Finally we will briefly consider actions we can take as individuals or as groups and organisations to provide us with the opportunity, capability and motivation to adopt more healthful behaviours.
